HRCSAS delivers a free confidential counselling service through trained counsellors, who conduct one-to-one counselling sessions by appointment, as well as a telephone helpline. Support and information is also provided by text, letter and e-mail when requested. We also provide a weekly drop-in on a Wednesday morning, 10am till 1pm. This service supports women with other issues that they may have, for example housing and benefits. Additionally, an outreach service is provided at the local women's centre and a local women's hostel. We also provide information and support to third parties, such as friends, partner, family members and professionals.

Hull Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Service (HRCSAS) works within the following crime types:
Sexual Violence/Abuse, Child Sexual Exploitation/Abuse (CSE/CSA).
The helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4pm, with a 24-hour answer machine available. Weekly drop-in on a Wednesday morning, 10am till 1pm.
