Welcome to S.H.E. UK. We are a UK Registered Charity based in Nottinghamshire that offers a holistic range of support for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, exploitation and sexual violence. We also offer bespoke training and events for organisations and companies who would like to know more about these areas, in addition to training staff, expanding their knowledge base and showing them how to deal sensitively with this issue.
SHE UK provides the following support services:
Emotional Support, Practical Help, Counselling, Support Groups, Advocacy, Befriending.
SHE UK works within the following crime types:
Sexual Violence/Abuse, Child Sexual Exploitation/Abuse (CSE/CSA).
I have had 1 to 1 counselling from she UK that has helped me come to terms with the abuse i suffered throughout my child hood the group therapy has helped me come closer to achieving my goals of interacting with others which I find especially difficult but knowing that other people around you have been through similar things I have also been involved in training services from a service users point of view i must say she UK has supported me more than all the mental health services i have been referred to and their support is second to none
