Services that the IPV Helpline can offer include: information and emotional and practical support; up to six helpline sessions of counselling by trained professionals (and where necessary, moving on to face-to-face support); referral of victims and witnesses to specialist services; and signposting to other victim and witness services.

Interpersonal Violence (IPV) Helpline works within the following crime types:
Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6pm – 8pm and Saturday 10am – 12pm.
