We are a voluntary organisation founded in 2000 by two qualified and experienced psychotherapists. The aim of counselling is to help you feel in charge of your own life and to support you in working towards a more satisfying way of living. Many people benefit from personal counselling and the reasons people contact us are varied. Some examples are stress and anxiety, bereavement, sexual / physical abuse, relationship problems and addictions. Regardless of your reasons for getting in touch, we will be happy to work with you.
