Hafan Cymru is a charitable housing and support provider that provides emergency and temporary accommodation and personal support to vulnerable women, men, their children and young people across Wales who have been affected by domestic abuse, violence, sexual abuse/exploitation, poor mental health, homelessness, loneliness and isolation. Hafan Cymru provide a complete package of support to help these people and their immediate families with a wide range of requirements, often complex or multiple needs and we provide a safe place to live, a nurturing and caring environment so they can begin to rebuild their lives, fulfil their aspirations and move on to live an independent life.
