I first contacted Family Matters 23 years ago and have recently contacted them as I want to touch base again for some little issues. They have enabled me to overcome 11 years of abuse by my father which started at age 3-4 years old. I have been able to lead a healthy happy adult life whilst understanding my own boundaries and others-my councilor was amazing and I have never forgotten her 💖
